For over 70 years, activists in Israel/Palestine and around the world have been working to find a path to peace, safety, and freedom. It is one of the great tragedies of our times that, to date, those efforts have yet to succeed. It is hubris to imagine that any of us knows for sure what path forward will bring forth that vision of safety, peace, and freedom for all people living between the Jordan river and the Mediterranean. And so it is with humility, and clarity about our role as a funder resourcing a US-based progressive Jewish movement, that JLF funds organizations using a variety of tactics and strategies to build power in the US toward an end to the Occupation and a peaceful future for Palestinians and Israelis.
