JLF’s organizational culture is characterized by a relationship-first orientation: building trust both within and outside of the organization in order to support and facilitate taking risks with our grantmaking, exploring new and innovative approaches to sustaining our movement, and building an organization that reflects the joyful, equitable, and liberatory world our movement is working to build.
