Accessing the JLF Grantmaking Portal

All proposals must be submitted via Proteus Fund’s online grant portal, Fluxx. Proteus Fund is the Jewish Liberation Fund’s fiscal sponsor. You can access it using the following link: https://proteus.fluxx.io. Users that already have a Proteus Fund Fluxx account can log in as usual. New users will need to create an account using the following instructions.

Go to https://proteus.fluxx.io.

• Click ‘Register Now’ on the bottom right of your screen.

• Complete the registration form, ensuring you’ve provided answers to the required fields marked with an asterisks (*). Click ‘Submit Request.’ 

• You will receive a verification email allowing you to set up a password. Please note that this verification link is only valid for 24 hours.

• You can log in after you’ve verified your account and chosen your password.

• Once logged in, click on “Open Grant Opportunities” listed on the left side menu. Click “Jewish Liberation Fund” to begin your application.

All applicants must create an account and begin their application by 9am Eastern on Wednesday, April 29th in order to be considered for the 2026 grantmaking cycle.

The deadline to submit an application is May 4, 2026 at 12 p.m. Eastern. Submission of an application does not guarantee funding.
